MP Fake Doctor Case: Cath Lab Of Damoh Missionary Hospital Sealed
The cath lab of Mission Hospital in Damoh has been sealed by a team of doctors on the authority of the district administration.

In the latest development regarding the case where a man posing as a cardiologist at a missionary hospital in Damoh, Madhya Pradesh, was arrested on April 7 for allegedly causing the deaths of seven individuals after they underwent treatment under him, now the team of doctors have sealed the cath lab of the Mission Hospital.
Executive Magistrate Raghunandan Chaturvedi said, as quoted by ANI, "... (On the instructions of the district administration) The team of doctors have sealed the cath lab (of the Mission Hospital). Further investigation is underway..."

Dr Narendra John Camm who had committed fraud by performing angiography and angioplasty on patients at the Mission Hospital without being registered with the Madhya Pradesh Medical Council, was arrested by police on April 7.
What District Health Officer Said?
District Health Officer Vikrant Singh Chauhan said that only the cath lab has been sealed. "...On the directions of the district administration, only the cath lab has been sealed...The angiography and angioplasty of several patients who died was performed in this cath lab only..."

Accused Booked Under Several Sections of IPC
The accused has been booked under several sections of the Indian Penal Code, including Section 315(4) for embezzlement, Section 338 for causing grievous hurt by an act that endangers life or personal safety, and Section 336(3) for falsifying or altering documents or electronic records with fraudulent intent. Additionally, charges under Section 340(2) for forgery of documents and electronic records, and Section 3(5) for shared criminal liability in acts committed with common intent have also been filed.
