MP Man's Eardrums Rupture As 'DJ' Blares Loud Music At Wedding Procession
Madhya Pradesh News: DJs are playing loud music without permission during MP exams despite a ban. A young man in Ujjain suffered ruptured eardrums.

MP Latest News: Despite a ban in place on DJs (loud music at functions) without permits in Madhya Pradesh, they continue to operate freely. This is even negatively impacting people’s health. In the latest incident, the eardrum of a young man in Ujjain burst due to the loud music at a function. He is now undergoing treatment.
Board exams are currently underway in Madhya Pradesh. It is also wedding season, which sees a high demand for DJs. The high demand leads to event organisers flouting norms, especially those related to the decibel level. The harmful impact of such loud music is often felt by people.
Recently, a young man named Pankaj from Ujjain had his eardrum burst due to a DJ.
Pankaj told ABP News that he had attended a wedding where he joined the procession. People in the procession were singing and dancing to the DJ’s music.
However, the loud DJ music rendered him partially deaf. After consulting doctors in Ujjain, he learned that his eardrum had burst. Indore collector Ashish Singh, Ujjain collector Neeraj Kumar Singh, and the collectors of other districts in Madhya Pradesh have banned DJs without permission. Despite this, the use of DJs has not stopped.
According to physician Raunak Elchi, the ears can hear sounds up to a certain decibel level. Noise beyond the threshold has adverse effects.
He explained that in recent times, many people have fallen victim to noise pollution due to DJs. Many individuals have suffered hearing loss due to this.
Action Against Illegal DJs In MP
According to Indore Collector Ashish Singh, action is being taken against DJs and event organisers for violating the rules. If anyone complains, immediate action will also be taken.
No one has the right to violate the order. According to Ujjain Collector Neeraj Kumar Singh, an order has been issued regarding the ban on DJs.
