Teen Dies After Tragic Fall From Residential Building In Karnataka's Mangaluru
A 13-year-old boy tragically died after accidentally falling from the fifth floor of his apartment building in Mangaluru. He sustained severe injuries and succumbed at the hospital.

In a tragic incident, a young life was cut short, as a 13-year-old boy died after accidentally falling from the fifth floor of his residential building in Karnataka's Mangaluru on Saturday morning, PTI reported.
The incident took place between 5.30 am and 6.50 am at Math Residency, located opposite Mount Carmel Central School in the city. The boy used to lived with his family and reportedly fell from the fifth floor, sustaining severe injuries. Family members and neighbours rushed him to the hospital, however, he succumbed to his injuries.
A case has been registered, citing Section 194 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023 and further investigations are on.
Japanese Woman Died Of Falling Off 14th Floor In Gurugram
A few days back, a Japanese woman was found dead after falling from a balcony on the 14th floor of a building in Gurugram. The deceased woman was identified as 34-year-old Madoko Thamano, a resident of Japan, according to PTI.
Thamano had come to Gurugram with her husband in September 2024, Gurugram Police said. She was living in a society in Gurugram with her husband and two children. The incident occurred on March 7 morning when the police received a call regarding a woman's blood-soaked body being found lying on the ground.
The body was handed over to the family after post-mortem and further investigation into the matter is underway, police said. The embassy was also informed about the incident, said Inspector Sandeep Kumar, SHO of sector 53 police station.
2 Students Fall To Death From Fourth Floor Of PG Accommodation In Delhi's Rohini
In December last year, two BBA students died after falling from the fourth floor of their paying guest accommodation in Rohini.
The police said the duo -- Ishaan, a resident of Rajasthan's Bharatpur, and Harsh of Delhi's Palam Colony -- had jumped their death. They were pursuing BBA from Delhi Technological University (DTU) and Bhagwan Parshuram Institute of Technology (BPIT), he said.
