2 Security Officers Injured As J&K MLA Ghulam Ahmed Mir's Cavalcade Car Meets With Accident

A car in J&K MLA Ghulam Ahmed Mir's convoy collided with a truck on the Jammu-Srinagar Highway in Ramban, injuring two security officers.

A car in the cavalcade of Jammu and Kashmir MLA Ghulam Ahmed Mir met with an accident in Ramban injuring two of his personal security officers. 

The accident took place as the car collided with a truck on Jammu-Srinagar Highway at Peerah in Ramban district, reported ANI. The injured security personnel were shifted to the District Hospital, Ramban where they are receiving treatment. 

Sudarshan Singh Katoch, Medical Superintendent, District Hospital Ramban, said that two patients were brought to the hospital at around 9:30 am on Friday. 

One of them is Sanjay, a resident of Kathua and the second is Abdul Rehman, a resident of Ganderbal, Katoch told reporters.  

They are under treatment...Investigation has also been done. They are stable and under observation, he added.
