'You Have Full Freedom To Crush Terror Outfits': J&K LG To Security Officials After Srinagar Blast
Terrorists threw a grenade at a CRPF bunker near a busy flea market in Srinagar, injuring at least 11 civilians on Sunday.
In the wake of a grenade attack, Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Sunday directed the top police officers and other security officials of the Union Territory to give a forceful response to the terrorists.
"The LG spoke to DGP Nalin Prabhat and senior officials of the security agencies on the grenade attack in Srinagar. He directed the security officials for an effective and forceful response to punish the terrorists and their associates," an official spokesman told the news agency PTI.
The LG issued a heavy warning stating that the terrorists attacking civilians will have to pay a very heavy price. "You have full freedom to crush terror outfits and leave no stone unturned to complete this mission," he said.

J&K CM Condemns Attack
In response, Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah condemned the attack, emphasising that targeting civilians is unjustifiable.
