Gautam Adani Joins Rath Yatra With Family In Puri, Lauds Lifeguard Heroes For Saving Pilgrims
Gautam Adani, with his family, participated in the Puri Rath Yatra, offering prayers and expressing gratitude for the opportunity to serve.

Adani Group Chairman Gautam Adani and his family members attended the Rath Yatra in Puri on Saturday. Accompanied by wife Priti, son Karan and other family members, Adani paid obeisance to Lord Balabhadra, Devi Subhadra and Lord Jagannath, by standing in front of their chariots near Gundicha Temple, considered the deities' aunt’s house.

Taking to X, Adani said: “By the grace of Lord Shri Jagannath Ji, we have been blessed with the opportunity to serve in the sacred Rath Yatra of Puri Dham. This divine journey, commencing today, is the moment when the Lord Himself comes among His devotees to grant them His divine vision."
“I pray that the grace of Lord Shri Jagannath Ji remains upon us all forever. Serving humanity is serving the Divine, and service itself is spiritual practice. Jai Jagannath!” he said.
The industrialist was welcomed by the administration and servitors, and was offered ‘patta bastra' and flowers.
Gautam Adani interacted with members of Adani Lifeguards team, who have saved the lives of mayny pilgrims at the Puri Sea beach.
The Adani Group has initiated the Prasad Seva in Puri Dham and is undertaking a comprehensive seva to support both the pilgrims and frontline officials during the Rath Yatra from June 26 to July 8.
Speaking on the occasion, Gautam Adani said, “For the first time in Maha Kumbh, we tried to do ‘Seva se sadhna’… Today, in the grand yatra of Jagannath Puri, we have resolved to go further in this. After seeing the arrangements here, the entire administration, the Odisha government, sanitation workers, and security personnel have organised this entire Rath Yatra very well. So, I would like to thank everyone.”
