3 Dead, 31 Injured In Major Road Accident In UP's Bulandshahr
Three dead, 31 injured in Bulandshahr road accident as driver falls asleep, causing Eicher vehicle to crash into truck.

At least three people have died, and 31 others were injured in a major road accident that occurred in the early hours of May 16 on the Bulandshahr–Anupshahr road in the Jahangirabad police station area.
Bulandshahr SP (Rural) Dr. Tejveer Singh said, "Today in the morning, a road accident occurred. The driver of one of the vehicles lost control as he fell asleep while driving. A total of 34 injured individuals were sent to hospital. Three people have died. Further treatment has been provided to the injured."
Providing further details, SP Tejveer Singh added, "On the morning of May 16, an accident occurred on the Bulandshahr–Anupshahr road in the Jahangirabad police station area. An Eicher vehicle carrying passengers from Punjab Moda to Shahjahanpur and Hardoi collided with a truck ahead due to the driver falling asleep. The vehicle was carrying 36 passengers. Upon receiving the information, police teams from Jahangirabad and nearby stations reached the spot and rushed the injured to Bulandshahr district hospital. Out of the 34 injured brought in, three people have died..."
Local authorities have initiated an investigation into the incident, while the injured are receiving medical attention at the district hospital. Further updates on their condition are awaited.
