Our government is dedicated to poor and needy. There are issues but we have to keep fighting for this and future generation as well.” On the renewable energy front, India has been able to make space among the top five renewable producing countries globally.

“Everyone is looking for investment in the Corona times, but India has received record investments,” he added. The eyes of the world are on India. There are expectations from India and there is the confidence that India will contribute to the betterment of our planet, added Modi.

The government has taken care of the needs of the MSME sector as well during pandemic. The stimulus package has addressed the needs of businesses and the sector has playd a crucial role in the recovery of the economy.

India stands at the second position in mobile manufacturing and start-ups in India are already being recognised globally. While highlighting record crop production, Modi said, “Since 2014 we have initiated changes in the agriculture sector aimed at empowering the farmer. The crop insurance scheme was changed to make it more farmer friendly. The PM-KISAN scheme was also brought in. We are working for the small farmers.”

"NDA's other schemes also help farmers. For example- the PMGSY. When the road connectivity improves, it enables the production of the farmers to reach distant places. There are efforts like Kisan Rail too.  The need of the hour is to improve the lives of the small farmers, " the PM stated. 1
