SBI ATM Cash Withdrawal: SBI (State Bank of India), the country's largest state-owned bank, currently has the largest customer base. It has also set up its ATMs in remote areas to facilitate its customers. However, some people have recently been facing difficulty withdrawing cash from SBI ATMs.
SBI recently reported that if its customers are not getting OTP to withdraw money from the bank's ATM, and the bank is working to resolve this error. SBI customers have been clearly informed that if they want to withdraw money from ATMs, they must enter the OTP on the mobile number linked to their registered account number.
Bank assures customers
SBI has assured its customers that they can also inform the bank if they are experiencing any trouble with this new arrangement. This rule is for customers withdrawing more than Rs 10,000 cash, there will be no need to process OTP if they withdraw less than that.
Follow these steps:
- First of all, insert your card into the ATM machine and fill in the amount.
- If you are looking to withdraw more than Rs 10,000, an OTP will be sent on your registered mobile number from SBI.
- If you want to withdraw Rs 10,000 from ATM, then enter that OTP on the screen of the ATM.
- The customer will get this OTP, as usual, is for a single cash withdrawal from ATM. If you withdraw more than Rs 10,000 again, you will have to process the OTP every time.
