Cryptocurrency Price Today: Bitcoin, Ethereum Lose Steam, Other Top Coins Remain Stable

Cryptocurrency price on April 29, quick take: The global crypto market cap stood at $1.21 Trillion on Saturday morning.

Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH) — two of the most valued crypto coins — were in the red on early Saturday morning, with losses of 0.32 percent and 0.65 percent, respectively. However, both managed to stay above the $29,000 and $1,900 mark, respectively. Other popular altcoins — including the likes of Dogecoin (DOGE), Solana (SOL), Ripple (XRP), and Litecoin (LTC) — landed in the greens as overall prices saw minor gains across the board. The Internet Computer (ICP) token emerged to be the biggest gainer, seeing a 24-hour jump of over 7.84 percent. MultiversX (EGLD), on the other hand, turned out to be the biggest loser. 

At the time of writing, the global crypto market cap stood at $1.21 Trillion, registering a 24-hour loss of 0.20 percent.

Bitcoin (BTC) price today

Bitcoin price stood at $29,385.45, seeing a 24-hour loss of 0.32 percent, as per CoinMarketCap. According to Indian exchange WazirX, BTC price stood at Rs 25.67 lakhs.

Ethereum (ETH) price today

ETH price stood at $1,901.65, marking a 24-hour loss of 0.65 percent at the time of writing. As per WazirX, Ethereum price in India stood at Rs 1.67 lakhs.

Dogecoin (DOGE) price today

DOGE registered a 24-hour jump of 0.86 percent as per CoinMarketCap data, currently priced at $0.08098. As per WazirX, Dogecoin price in India stood at Rs 7.08.

Litecoin (LTC) price today

Litecoin saw a 24-hour jump of 0.57 percent. At the time of writing, it was trading at $89.98. LTC price in India stood at Rs 7,761.23.

Ripple (XRP) price today

XRP price stood at $0.4054, seeing a 24-hour gain of 0.71 percent. As per WazirX, Ripple price stood at Rs 41.90.

Solana (SOL) price today

Solana price stood at $23.36, marking a 24-hour jump of 4.19 percent. As per WazirX, SOL price in India stood at Rs 1,973.
