BMW India has finally revealed prices for its new 5 Series but in electric avatar only as of now, the i5 comes in a full import form. BMW has also introduced the car in the flagship M60 xDrive variant with the most power and range. Here, we tell you the top 5 things that you need to know.

1. The i5 M60 has a range of 516km (WLTP) as the battery pack is a large one with a 81.2 kWh size. Upon buying the car, there is a BMW Wallbox charger with installation while it can be integrated at home with up to 11 kW. The 22 kW AC Charging is also available although being an option.

2. Like all fast EVs here, the i5 M60 xDrive gets a dual motor layout with electric all-wheel drive system. Performance is 0 to 100 km/hr in 3.8 seconds with a top speed of 230 km/hr with an output of 601 hp and a maximum torque of 795 Nm.

3. There is a lot more in terms of the technology too with an augmented View display, latest BMW OS, more ADAS features etc while an Adaptive suspension is standard as the traditional M cars also.

4. The interior has a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster and a 14.9-inch infotainment touchscreen while there is also an 'interaction bar' which includes touch-sensitive control panels for controlling ventilation and air conditioning.

5. Interior luxury features include a Panorama Skyroof which nearly covers the entire roof plus Sport seats with active seat ventilation along with an 18 speaker Bowers & Wilkins Surround Sound System. Other features include a 360 degree camera, 4 zone climate control, ambient lighting etc.
