AP Inter Results 2022 Declared: 54% Students Pass Inter 1st Year, 61% Clear 2nd Year Exams

Of the 4,45,648 Inter 1st year students who appeared, 2,41,591 cleared the exams while 4,23,455 appeared for Inter 2nd year exams and 2,58,449 of them clear all the papers.

Hyderabad: The Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh (BIEAP) declared intermediate 1st year and 2nd year results Wednesday. Addressing a press conference, Andhra Pradesh Education Minister Botsa Satyanarayana said the inter 1st-year students recorded a pass percentage of 54% while inter 2nd year pass percentage was recorded at 61%.

Students can check their results on the official website of the board — results.cgg.gov.in, examresults.net, examsresults.ap.nic.in, results.bie.ap.gov.in and bie.ap.gov.in.

Of the 4,45,648 students who appeared in the inter first year exams, 2,41,591 cleared. As many as 4,23,455 students appeared for the Inter 2nd-year exams, and 2,58,449 of them cleared all the papers. The results declared on Wednesday were of the examinations conducted between May 7 and May 24, 2022, in offline mode.

Forty nine per cent of the boys who appeared cleared the Inter 1st-year examinations while the correspending figure for girls is 69 per cent. Girls showed an edge in the 2nd-year results too, with 68 per cent of them clearing the board exams. The figure for boys is 54 per cent. In the vocational courses, the pass percentage in 1st and 2nd years is 45 per cent and 55 per cent, respectively.

In terms of districts, Krishna tops with 70 per cent success rate in the Intermediate board exams, while Kadapa district finished in the bottom with 50 per cent of pass percentage.

Students can apply for reverification and recounting from June 25 to July 5.
