Versace, Unity Group partner to develop new project in Delhi

New Delhi [India], Apr 26 (ANI): Gianni Versace S.p.a. and Unity Group are has announced its partnership for 40-acre luxury residential project - 'The Amaryllis' in Central Delhi.

The Amaryllis, is a residential project from the Unity Group with an investment of more than Rs. 3,000 crore offering a complete, comfortable and luxury living, amidst serene surrounds.

The Versace branded luxury towers will be the tallest approved building of Delhi, with twin towers, and its interiors designed by Versace Home.

Versace will be responsible for the design concept of the exclusive apartments as well as the design, mood and feel of the common areas and amenities such as the lobby, the sky garden, lounge bar and swimming pool rooftop. Every detail of the residential environment will be truly Versace where comfort, luxury, exclusivity will become the everyday essence of fine living.

"The demand for Luxury Residential is increasing at a very fast pace in India. There is a great demand and a lot of vacuum as far as the supply of the same is concerned. We are developing The Amaryllis with the perspective of providing true luxury living in the city," said Director of Unity Group, Harsh Vardhan Bansal.

Versace personifies luxury with a global perspective, and their excellence in craftsmanship and bespoke interiors will allow us to create the most luxurious, lifestyle residences in Delhi. Unity group will sell on invitation the Versace branded apartments, the price of which will be announced later."

"We only have a limited number of apartments in the tower and it will be one of the most iconic and exclusive addresses to have in Delhi. All the apartments would be 5 BHK's. This tower would have an exclusive clubhouse in which we would have an infinity pool on the top floor, a helipad, swimming pool, gymnasium, restaurants etc," added Bansal.

"India is an important market for the brand and the Indian clientele is growing not just locally but across the boutiques network worldwide. Interior design is a fast growing business for Versace; it enables us to translate the Versace style and to convey our design aesthetics into everyday living." says Gabriella Saracino, Worldwide Licensing and Home Division Director at Gianni Versace S.p.a. "We believed in the vision of Unity Group to develop a unique project, one of the biggest private projects currently under development in Delhi. We are confident to move forward with Unity Group knowing that they have a proven track record of providing only the highest standard of luxury real estate and living.
