These apps can keep kids' monsoon blues away

New Delhi [India], Jun 24 (ANI): Monsoon is a season to bask in nature's glory, however, it may not be the same for the kids.

They get irked about being stuck in the confines of their homes, having to skip their outdoor play sessions, and meeting with their friends.

Some smartphone apps play an important role in educating kids and helping them develop early life skills, while they have fun.

Here is a list of some apps that can help entertain the kids while they are stuck inside. The best part is that both parents and kids can enjoy them together, enabling family bonding, and of course, a respite from the rains and the illnesses that come with it.

- KinToons' Nursery Rhyme DJ

This app is a first-of-its-kind interactive educational kids' app that redefines a child's exposure to Nursery Rhymes.

The kids get to create their own mixes of popular nursery rhymes, performed in real time by four lovable characters from the KinToons show. With a variety of cheerful rhymes, playful characters, and colourful graphics, this app sparks the imagination and creativity of kids.

The digital comic can be read in flipbook mode, which is the standard format of reading page-by-page or panel-by-panel mode for easy reading on smaller devices.

- Kids' Puzzles

Kids' Puzzles is a kids' app targeted at the age group of 3 to 9 years. It is a game where you have to put together puzzle pieces to reveal the real picture. Each set contains ten or more pictures with several difficulty levels.
