Skymet Report: Rain, hailstorm in Rajasthan February 18 onward

The month of February is the leanest period in terms of winter rains for the state of Rajasthan. During this time, the state experiences light spells of rain, with intensity remaining more over western parts than the eastern parts of the state.

However, this February, a different scenario has been noticed. The winter rains have made an appearance more frequently over parts of West Rajasthan such as Jaisalmer, Barmer and Jodhpur than parts of East Rajasthan such as Ajmer, Alwar and Jaipur.
