No Justice, No New India In Budget 2019, Says Kapil Sibal

Senior Congress leader Kapil Sibal while talking to ABP News expressed his opinion on union budget 2019.
He said that the budget does not reflect justice to commoners and neither leads towards a new India. 
Finance Minister presented the Union Budget 2019 in the lower house of the parliament on Friday morning and laid focus on various sectors, with an intent to turning India into a 5 trillion dollar economy.
