Ukrainian airplane with 180 aboard crashes in Iran
A Ukrainian plane, Boeing 737, has crashed in Iran's capital Tehran. The plane had 180 people aboard. As per the information from Iranian media, the plane crashed due to a technical glitch after take-off from Iran's Imam Khomeini airport with 180 passengers and crew aboard. Rescue teams have been sent to an area near the airport. The crash came hours after Iran launched a ballistic missile attack targeting two bases in Iraq housing U.S. forces in retaliation for the killing of Revolutionary Guard Gen. Qassem Soleimani.
