Russia-Ukraine war: Kharkiv Mayor claims, 'Russia intensifies attack, several children died'
In his daily video address late Monday, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky expressed fear that Russian forces could deploy chemical weapons in Ukraine, but he could not confirm whether they had been used. Authorities in Ukraine have issued a warning to residents not to approach what they believe are landmines being dropped on Kharkiv. Zelenskyy reportedly mentioned "hundreds of thousands of harmful things" left by Russian soldiers in Ukraine's north, including as mines and unexploded munitions.
