Amid rise in COVID cases, Wuhan heads for another complete lockdown?

The place from where all of it started, the place which made headlines for all the wrong reasons in 2020, now it seems that the same place will be dragged back to its struggle in 2021 as well. There has been a surge of COVID cases in Wuhan once again. The Chinese government is taking necessary steps but if the trouble mounts, there may be a complete lockdown again.
