Poll strategist frequent meeting with Congress leaders Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi has raised many eyebrows. Rumours have been riffed that he can soon join the INC.  Now, ahead of 2022 state assembly elections which will be held in Goa, Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, Manipur and Punjab, Congress want to rebuild their image.  Now, it would be interesting to see what will be Kishor's game plan.
