Rs 4200 crore provided for rural infrastructure: FM Nirmala Sitharaman

Nirmala Sitharaman was addressing the media over Atmanirbhar initiatives and the disintegration of the economic package announced by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Finance Minister revealed that Rs 4200 crore provided for rural infrastructure in March 2020 via Rural Infrastructure Development Fund which is operated by NABARD

"Rs 6700 crore sanctioned to state agencies in order to procure produce of farmers," she added
