PM Modi lists benefits of farmer bills as he attacks opposition | Full Speech

Prime Minister Narendra Modi laid the foundation stone of nine highway projects in Bihar and then spoke on the importance of connectivity via new projects in the state. He also spoke on the ongoing farmer bills row and said, "These Bills will empower the farmers to freely trade their produce anywhere. I want to make it clear that these Bills are not against the agriculture mandis. I want to assure every farmer that the Minimum Support Price system will continue as before."
