Jammu Kashmir: 4 Terrorists Killed In Doda Encounter, Army Captain Martyred | ABP News

An Indian Army captain was killed in an encounter with terrorists in Doda district, Jammu and Kashmir, on Wednesday (August 14). Defense sources revealed that Operation Asar is underway in Doda, where the captain of the 48 Rashtriya Rifles engaged the terrorists. The White Knight Corps reported that the search operation continues amidst heavy firing, with war-like reserves recovered during the operation.

Sources indicated that security forces received information about terrorists hiding in the forests of Patnitop in Udhampur district and the Asar border in Doda district, leading to a vehicle search operation. On Tuesday evening, between 7:00 and 8:00 pm, security forces reached the terrorists' hideout, where they found arms, ammunition, and weapons.
