Elephant killing in Kerala: One accused arrested
In the most heart-wrenching killing of an elephant in Kerala, a person has been arrested by the local police.
Earlier, politics entered in the issue when Maneka Gandhi attacked Rahul Gandhi over not taking any action despite him winning from Wayanad.
"More than 600 elephants die but nobody speaks up. I had raised my voice against the permission given to make explosives and drive the wild animals away from farms. Someone, either centre, state, has to speak up against use of explosives," she added
