Elections via ballots are better than EVMs, says PL Punia

Congress leader, PL Punia, was speaking on ABP News when he said that elections via ballots were better than EVMs. He said that there were at least 31 seats on which the difference was of less than 500 seats. He added, "We must not derive conclusions as yet. Counting of very few votes has been done. At least 3/4th number of votes are to be counted still."
