ED Interrogates AAP MLA Amanatullah Khan In Delhi Waqf Board Money Laundering Case | ABP News

On September 2, Amanatullah Khan, an Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MLA from Delhi's Okhla seat, claimed that the Enforcement Directorate (ED) raided his residence. He posted on social media platform X, alleging that ED officials arrived to arrest him. AAP Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh shared a video of the raid, accusing Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the ED of authoritarianism. Khan wrote on X, "ED officials have arrived at my home to arrest me." Singh criticized the raid, highlighting that Khan had already cooperated with the ED’s investigation and requested additional time due to his mother-in-law’s health issues. Singh asserted that there was no evidence against Khan and condemned the raid as an example of Modi's and ED's continued oppression.
