Alongside this achievement, IND vs NZ Champions Trophy 2025 match shattered digital viewership records, surpassing even the high-voltage India-Pakistan clash.

Record-Breaking Viewership

Since taking over as captain in 2021, veteran opener Rohit Sharma has transformed the Indian cricket team into a dominant force in ICC tournaments.

The team has won 23 of their last 24 matches, securing two major titles - the 2024 T20 World Cup and the 2025 Champions Trophy. While India's recent success seems unstoppable, it wasn't always this way, making their resurgence under Rohit's captaincy even more remarkable.
