Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar expanded his long-pending cabinet on Tuesday.  Nine Bharatiya Janata Party ministers including Syed Shahnawaz Hussain, and eight from the JD(U) took oath in presense of Bihar Governor Phagu Chauhan at the Raj Bhavan.
