Delhi Congress's cycle rally stopped by police at 100 meters

Delhi Congress's cycle rally that started from Nizamuddin Auliya was stopped by the police only after going about 100 meters.  A person whose mother is ill and wanted to reach hospital was stuck in the Delhi Congress's cycle rally. After the efforts of ABP News, Delhi Congress workers and police swung into action and the barricade was opened for the person.
