India Vision 2047: Ram Mohan Naidu Thanks PM Modi for Fulfilling Andhra’s Long-Pending Demand
Speaking at the ABP Network India@2047 Conclave, Union Civil Aviation Minister Kinjarapu Ram Mohan Naidu highlighted key development initiatives undertaken by the central government for Andhra Pradesh. He described the commencement of administrative operations of the South Coast Railway Zone in Visakhapatnam as a historic achievement, fulfilling a decades-long demand of the people of Andhra Pradesh. Naidu expressed gratitude to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu for their support in making the project a reality. He stated that the railway zone would strengthen regional connectivity, improve administrative efficiency, and contribute significantly to economic growth in the state. The minister also discussed the government's plans to expand the UDAN regional connectivity scheme, which aims to make air travel affordable and accessible to more citizens. He highlighted efforts to develop new airports, enhance aviation infrastructure, and improve connectivity in underserved regions. Addressing the broader development agenda, Naidu outlined the Centre’s vision for Andhra Pradesh, including infrastructure expansion, investment promotion, and transportation upgrades. He also shed light on the coordination between the BJP-led central government and the TDP alliance in advancing key projects.
