Manish Gupta Death Case: UP Govt recommends CBI probe

The Uttar Pradesh government has recommended a CBI inquiry into the suspicious death of businessman Manish Gupta in Gorakhpur. Until the CBI takes over the case, the SIT will proceed with the investigation. Till the time the CBI takes over the case, the investigation will be transferred from Gorakhpur to a specially constituted SIT in Kanpur.
