Chowkidaar is only for the rich, Delhi needs Congress govt: Rahul Gandhi in Purnia, Bihar

Congress President Rahul Gandhi today addressed a rally in Bihar's Purnia. During the rally, Gandhi again raised 'Chowkidaar Chor Hai' slogan.
Rahul said, "Pehle kehte the mujhe PM banao jo bhi chahte ho mil jaega, ab kehte hain ki hum sab chowkidaar. Chowkidaar gareebon ke ghar main milta hai ya ameeron ke? Vo hain chowkidaar, magar gareebo ke nahi, Anil Ambani ke chowkidaar hain."
He also said, "We’ll make food-processing units near your farmlands. Modi wants that farmers should sell potatoes for Rs5, and then buy a packet of chips for Rs15. This chowkidar is only for the rich. Delhi needs a Congress government."
