Festive Season Travel Made Easier: Special Trains To Operate On These Routes | Paisa Live

The festive season is set to begin in India soon, and many people travel home during this time, often facing difficulties in securing train reservations. To address this issue, the Railways have announced several special trains for the upcoming festivals, including Ganesh Chaturthi, Durga Puja, Diwali, and Chhath Puja. Southern Railway has confirmed that two weekly special trains will operate during September, October, and November to accommodate the increased passenger demand. Travelers can make reservations for these special trains, ensuring a smoother and more comfortable journey during the busy festive period. This initiative aims to alleviate the common reservation issues and provide ample travel options for those heading home to celebrate the festivals.
