Has Operation All Out broken the back of terrorism in Kashmir? | Seedha Sawal

In a shocking incident in North Kashmir's Sopore, a civilian was killed right in front of his three-year-old grandson on Wednesday. The heartbreaking pictures that surfaced showed the boy sitting on the dead body. He was later taken by the army and police personnel as they attended to him post the trauma. 

But the attack and ruthlessness of terrorists indicate desperation in their approach. Which begs the question, has Operation All Out broken the back of terrorism in Kashmir?
