British historian Nick Booker video on social media explaining the Maha Kumbh Mela using a sand model has garnered over millions of views.

In a post on Instagram, he posted a video, with a caption that reads, "Explaining Maha Kumbha Mela using a sand model I made on the beach in Goa. Please share this reel with anyone who is coming or interested. I’ve been researching Prayagraj and Kumbha Mela for weeks - reading the Vishnu Purana, Matsya Purana (and Prayagraj Tirtha), Mahabharata and Ramayana and many academic papers and books. In the viral video, Nick introduced the viewers to the sand model of the Maha Kumbh Mela, outlining the details of some of the significant features of the grand festival. Greetings his followers on Instagram with "Namaskar everybody", he continued saying, "Behind me you can see a virtual representation of Prayagraj."

Showing the sand model on camera and giving a glimpse of the Mela, Nick Booker said, "Gangotri on the right, here up in the Himalaya. We've got Yamunotri...Ganga this incredible". He also shared how the colour of water changes when the rivers meet at Prayagraj. "This is the Sangam. So this is the place where 400 millions of people will gather", Nick stated in the video.

Users have also appreciated the video of Nick. Commenting on the video, one user said, "Look at the Happiness he is getting by sharing this great knowledge with lots of Enthusiasm and joy."
