New Delhi: The video of a 19-year-old boy running on the roads of Noida at midnight is going viral on the internet. National Film Award-winning filmmaker Vinod Kapri shared the video on Twitter, and called it "PURE GOLD".

Kapri also wrote on Twitter, "You will fall in love with this child if you listen to the reason".

The young boy, named Pradeep Mehra, was seen running with a bag on his shoulder on the roads of Noida.

When Kapri, who was driving his car, saw Pradeep running at midnight, the filmmaker offers the boy a lift. However, Pradeep politely declines the filmmaker's offer, and says that he will "run and go home".

Then, Kapri asks Pradeep why he was running to which the latter replies, "I always run on my way back home".

After this, Kapri went on to ask some more questions to Pradeep, who can be heard saying that he works at McDonald's, Sector 16.

Once more, the filmmaker offers to drop Pradeep home, but the latter declines the offer again. He says, "No, otherwise I don't get time to run".

Kapri then asks Pradeep why he was running. Pradeep's response will make one teary-eyed. He says, "To join the Army".

That is when the Kapri asks the boy his name, and where he was from. Pradeep says that he is from Almora, Uttarakhand.

When asked why he does not run in the morning, Pradeep replies that in the morning, he has to go to work and cook food. He then tells Kapri that he goes to work at 8 am. Kapri then asks Pradeep his age.

The filmmaker also asks Pradeep about his parents, and who he lives with. The latter tells the filmmaker that his mother is hospitalised, and that he stays with his brother.

The conversation between Kapri and Pradeep continues as the filmmaker drives his car and the young boy runs. As they come near a petrol pump, we hear Kapri telling Pradeep that "this clip will go viral".

Pradeep humbly replies, "Who is going to recognise me!".

On being asked what would happen if the clip goes viral, Pradeep wittily replies, "It's okay. I am not doing anything wrong".

Pradeep then tells Kapri that he runs 10 kilometres every day from Sector 16, Noida, to Barola.

Surprised, Kapri exclaims, "Oh My God!".

Pradeep tells the filmmaker that he will cook food when he reaches home on hearing which the latter offers Pradeep to come and have dinner with him.

Pradeep's responds, "My elder brother will be left out then".

After hearing this, Kapri asks Pradeep, "Can't he cook food for himself?".

Pradeep replies that his brother is doing night shift at work.

Kapri, who was in awe of Pradeep's determination and dedication, tells him that he is amazing. The filmmaker again offers Pradeep a lift, but the kid politely declines the offer, and says, "It is my routine. If I go with you, it will affect my practice".

After this, Kapri bids adieu to Pradeep and wishes him all the best. The video ends with the message, "Must show this video to your kids".
