"A celebration last week when a motorman drove the local train for the last time on his retirement day. After putting in many years of service that too without a snag is quite a big achievement," read the caption of the post shared by @mumbairailusers on the microblogging site X, formerly Twitter. 

Railway minister Ashwini Vaishnaw was also tagged in the post by the user.

In the clip one can see a huge crowd gathered at a station platform, eagerly moving to the music of the band. The motorman in a black blazer with garland around his neck quietly watches the love and affection he has been receiving from the passengers for his service.

Since being shared, the video has amassed close to 51,000 views, 837 likes and tons of comments.
