The post was shared on Friday and has since accumulated over 3,800 reactions and more than 590 comments. LinkedIn users praised her for the "inspiring initiative" and sent best wishes to her father.

A Delhi woman made a heartwarming appeal on her LinkedIn profile as she tried to help her father find a new job by reaching out to her professional network. In the post titled 'Hire my dad', the woman heaped praises on her father, a seasoned automobile professional, and introduced him as a "conscientious, hardworking, loyal, empathetic, and exceptionally talented individual". The post won hearts on the internet as the touching appeal showed the woman's immense respect and admiration for her father's skills and expertise.

Priyanshi Bhatt started off by mentioning the reason by she was posting instead of her father. "As my father is not an active user of any social media platforms, I, as his proud daughter, on his behalf, would like to walk you through his resume and experience," she said in the post.

She then went on to write about the various positions he has held during the 30-40 years of experience in the automobile industry. He has held notable positions, including manager, plant head, director, and CEO, working with companies such as Swaraj Mazda, Maruti Joint Venture, Alfa Cotec Industry, and KD Industries, she wrote.

Highlighting her father's leadership qualities, she detailed how several of his former trainees and colleagues remained loyal to him just to be under his mentorship.  "People who trained under him 20-30 years back are still with him & switched companies alongside my father just to be under his mentorship, not needing for me to emphasize on the kind of leader he is," she wrote.

Though she did not mention where her father was working now, the woman detailed the reason behind the need for the job change. She mentioned that her father has been facing financial instability in his current organisation since he has not received his fixed salary for the past 12 months.

"Despite all these odds, he has been giving his 200% to the company by even giving his Sundays and extra hours to the company, all thanks to his empathetic nature," she said.

Priyanshi Bhatt further stressed on the need for stability and shared that her father finally decided to explore new opportunities when the family encouraged him.

"My father is the best candidate any organisation can hire, so please do not miss out on this opportunity. If anyone interested to hire my dad, kindly reach out to me and I'll further connect you with him. Thanks for reading so patiently," she concluded.
