Chinese Fan Spends Rs. 3.5 Crore to Recreate Shin-Chan's Iconic House, Plans to Build Entire Kasukabe Town
A 21-year-old Chinese fan spent $400,000 to recreate Shin-Chan's iconic house. Shen plans to expand by building Futaba Kindergarten and Kasukabe Town, creating a unique destination for anime lovers.
With an estimated $400,000 (about ₹3.5 crores) this Chinese friend of Shin-Chan surely is an extreme fan of the animation, constructing a copy of the house of the anime’s main character, Shinnosuke Nohara. This achievement by 21-years-old Shen was fascinating to fans of anime all over the world.Shen’s tale started with taking over as the head of his family owned sheep farm and choosing to work tirelessly towards creation of a Shin-Chan house replica. Yes, inspired by the passion Shen devoted more than a year to the careful preparation of the project.
Regarding this, he went for the official rights of the property which requires five times in Shanghai to obtain license from the sole licensor of Crayon Shin-chan in China according to Record China.
Construction of the Villa As Imagined
Building of the house began in July, in the year 2024. Shen did not hesitate to get only custom made materials so as to further enforce the red and white brick pattern of the Nohara family house. Shen had his plan to launch the firm, and for him to finance the business; he received the much-needed capital from mother. The nearly completed house is a nearly hundred square meters and based on the concept the place will became an interesting viewpoint for photo shootings drawing fans and cosplays from all over the world.

Plans to Create a Shin-Chan World
Shen’s devotion does not end with the house and you will realize that he is very engaged with this project. He plans to develop a large project with his hand model, which, in his opinion will involve recreating Futaba Kindergarten based on the anime as an educational school. In the long run, Shen aims at constructing the whole Kasukabe Town in order to provide an atmosphere with which enthusiasts of Shin-Chan can really feel like they are in it. This unique project under capitalizes for this change and vision to make Shen’s farm the newest pilgrimage for anime enthusiasts.
