A young couple’s efforts to defy the boundaries of human life have attracted a lot of attention on social media. Kayla Barnes-Lentz, 33 and her husband, Warren Lentz, 36, from the US recently got married and have now adopted an extensive regime which they claim will help them live up to 150 years of age.

According to a report in The New York Post, the couple have undertaken an extensive biohacking regime. Kayla, who co-owns LYV the Wellness Space and Warren, who is a Chief Revenue Officer at a marketing firm, say that their lifestyle is based around maximising health and wellbeing. LYV is a precision health and longevity clinic located in Cleveland, US.

The couple shared their daily routine and said that this will help them surpass the average American lifespan of 76 years. Their day includes a series of activities focusing on health and aim to optimise their physical and mental states.

Speaking with The Independent, Kayla said, “We love to set the tone for our day by optimising our mind and body.” She shared that their day begins with Pulsed Electromagnetic Field Therapy which uses a clinical-grade device set up in their home. This is followed by a workout and a morning walk to utilise the early sun, which they believe is important for wellbeing.

We will try and simplify their lives—no screen time, playing outdoors, getting dirty, being in nature and the sun.” The couple is actively preparing for parenthood.
