Telangana: 2 Men Caught Taking Woman's Body On Two Wheeler In Hyderabad, Arrested

According to police, one the two was identified as Vinod, who claimed to be deceased husband and he also because he couldn't afford last rites of his wife, he wanted to take her to his village

Hyderabad: Two men carrying a woman's deadbody on a two wheeler on the city outskirts at Hayathnagar on Thursday night were arrested. According to a report, one of the two was identified as vinod claimed to be deceased husband.

According to police, the two, who were carrying the deceased on a teo wheeler had wrapped up the body in a blanket. The residents however grew suspicious and informed the control room and as the police from the nearby police station arrived at the spot, they couldn't hide the dead body and the perpetrators were caught red handed.

According to a report in ABP Desam, Vinod said that his wife was ill for a few days and so he took her to hospital and she was dead there. After further interrogation, he said that he can't afford for her last rites and so he was taking her dead body outside to do it at his village, where he doesn't need to spend much money for last rites.

However, police took them into custody as the residents said that they have seen Vinod and his friend Sreenu of taking the naked deadbody of a woman wrapped up in a blanket to a lake nearby and tried to throw the body in the water body.
