Significance Of Sri Raja Rajeshwara Swamy Temple
The Sri Raja Rajeshwara Swamy Devasthanam, nestled in the quaint village of Vemulawada in Karimnagar District of Telangana stands as a venerable symbol of devotion and spirituality. This ancient Shiva temple is dedicated to Lord Raja Rajeshwara in the form of the 'Neela Lohitha Siva Lingam'.
The presiding deity of Lord Raja Rajeshwara is revered for fulfilling the heartfelt wishes of pilgrims who flock to seek solace and blessings.
Popularly referred to as 'Dakshina Kasi' or the Southern Banaras, the temple complex also houses two Vaishnava temples, namely the Sri Anantha Padmanabha Swamy Temple and the Sri Seetharama Chandra Swamy Temple.
