Camera and photography major Fujifilm has launched the ultra-compact Instax Pal digital camera, a new addition to their Instax series, while celebrating 25 years in India. Crafted for capturing spontaneous moments, it aims to amplify the significance of small experiences. Equipped with a 1/5-inch CMOS sensor with a primary colour filter, the Instax Pal camera boasts a Standard Mode initiated by the shutter button. Utilising a wide-angle lens, it enables users to seize distinctive shots from various angles, presenting detailed backgrounds often challenging to achieve with smartphones. The Instax Pal is priced at Rs 10,999 and comes in five colour options: Gem Black, Powder Pink, Pistachio Green, Lavender Blue, and Milky White. It can be purchased at Fujifilm India's retail outlets and website.

Foxconn Investing Rs 1200 Crore For New Plant In India

Taiwanese contract manufacturer Foxconn has revealed intentions to establish a chip assembly and testing facility in India, in collaboration with HCL Group. As per a regulatory filing, this move entails an investment of Rs 1,200 crore. The objective is to build the facility on company-owned land to cater to operational requirements. This decision comes after Foxconn's prior declaration in November 2023, committing over $1.6 billion to a comparable project in India through its subsidiary, Hon Hai Technology India Mega Development.

WhatsApp To Support Third-Party Chat Soon

A month ahead of the European Union's (EU) Digital Markets Act (DMA) deadline, Meta-owned WhatsApp is gearing up to enable integration with other messaging networks within its app, which means it will support third-party chat, the media has reported. In an interview with Wired, Dick Brouwer, an engineering director at WhatsApp, revealed that the company is poised to introduce interoperability on its platform, catering to its extensive user base of over 2 billion users.

Francis Wong, the CEO of Realme Europe, has posted a live picture of the Realme 12 Pro+ 5G featuring a transparent back panel on social media platform X, formerly Twitter, giving a glimpse of the purported handset. The identification of the model is confirmed by the slightly elongated telephoto periscope lens visible within the camera module, which is encircled by a golden dial similar to the previously released variants.
