The Realme 12 Pro+ which was recenty launched in India in three colours, with vegan leather finishes, is teased to launch with a transparent back panel. Francis Wong, the CEO of Realme Europe, has posted a live picture of the Realme 12 Pro+ 5G featuring a transparent back panel on social media platform X, formerly Twitter, giving a glimpse of the purported handset. The identification of the model is confirmed by the slightly elongated telephoto periscope lens visible within the camera module, which is encircled by a golden dial similar to the previously released variants.

"Have been using this device for 1 week. Suggest me where to launch it first," the Realme Europe CEO posted from his handle.

He mentioned that he has been testing this device for the past week and invited fans to suggest the ideal location for its first launch.

Realme 12 Pro 5G And Realme 12 Pro+ Prices And Details

The handset maker recently introduced two new smartphone models in India: the Realme 12 Pro 5G and the Realme 12 Pro+ 5G. The regular Realme 12 Pro is equipped with a Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 SoC, while the Pro+ version flaunts a Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 chipset. Both phones operate on Realme UI 5.0 built on Android 14 and come with triple rear camera arrays.

To recall, the Realme 12 Pro 5G was launched in two variants. The Realme 12 Pro 5G with 8GB RAM+128GB storage variant is priced at Rs 25,999 and the 8GB RAM+ 256GB storage variant is priced at Rs 26,999. Both variants arrive in two colour options, namely — Submarine Blue and Navigator Beige.

The Realme 12 Pro+ comes in three variants. The first variant comes with a RAM of 8GB paired with a storage of 128 GB. This variant is priced at Rs 29,999. The second variant comes with a RAM of 8GB paired with 256GB of storage and it comes with a price tag of Rs 31,999. The third variant comes with a RAM of 12GB paired with 256GB storage and it is priced at Rs 33,999. You can get these variants in three colour options — Submarine Blue, Navigator Beige and Explorer Red.

The Realme 12 Pro+ is powered by a Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 SoC processor. It comes with RAM of up to 12GB and a storage of up to 256GB. With the Dynamic RAM feature, available memory on this device can be expanded up to 24GB. It sports a 6.7-inch full-HD+ (1,080x2,400 pixels) OLED display with a 93 per cent screen-to-body ratio, 2160Hz PWM dimming and up to 120Hz refresh rate. It offers a touch sampling rate of 240Hz and 800 nits of peak brightness. The screen of Realme 12 Pro Plus has TUV Rheinland low blue light certification which will ensure your eye comfort and protection.

The Realme 12 Pro is powered by a powerful Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 SoC processor. It comes with a RAM of 8GB and storage of up to 256 GB. In addition to this, you get the DRE dynamic memory expansion technology which enables you to convert ROM into RAM. This will enhance the smartphone's overall performance. It features a triple-camera setup with the main sensor being a 50-megapixel SONY IMX882 with OIS. The second camera sensor is an 8-megapixel wide-angle camera. The third one that this device sport is a 32-megapixel 2X Flagship Telephoto Portrait camera with 2x optical zoom and 4x lossless zoom. If we talk about the front camera then it boasts a 16-megapixel selfie sensor.
