Infinix Inbook X1 Laptop, With Aircraft Grade Aluminium Body, To Launch In India Soon

Infinix, owned by Transsion Holdings, is set to foray into the laptop category in India as the company has teased details of the Infinix Inbook X1.

New Delhi: Smartphone brand Infinix, owned by Transsion Holdings, is set to foray into the laptop category in India as the company has teased details of the Infinix Inbook X1 laptop. According to the details that have surfaced, the laptop will feature an Intel core processor. According to Infinix, the laptop will come with three chipset variants -- Intel Core i3, Intel Core i5 and Intel Core i7.

Some details suggest that the Infinix Inbook X1 will feature a metal body and will be the first one in its segment.

A new Flipkart listing has also confirmed that the Infinix Inbook X1 series of laptops will be unveiled in India soon. The popular handset maker had earlier confirmed that the Infinix X1 series of notebooks will be unveiled alongside the Infinix Note 11 lineup of smartphones.

According to the Flipkart listing, the upcoming Infinix Inbook X1 laptops will feature a sleek design language and will be lightweight devices. The dimensions will likely be 16.3mm in thickness and the weight will be around 1.48kg. The notebooks will arrive in shades of red, green and silver.

The maiden lineup of laptops from Infinix will also feature an aircraft-grade aluminium finish and a full metal body. Given the fact that the laptops will be the first in the segment with a metal design, it is likely that they will be priced aggressively in India.

Also, the laptop will run Windows 11 out of the box.

The Infinix Inbook X1 will compete directly with Realme Book Slim as the RedmiBook devices are slightly larger with 15-inch displays.

The Flipkart listing also mentioned that the device will offer a video playback time of up to13 hours and will feature a 55Whr battery.
