Vivo V30, Vivo V30 Pro With Zeiss-Powered 50MP Primary Camera Launched: Price, Specifications

Vivo V30's price starts from IDR 5,999,000 (roughly Rs 31,700) for the base 8GB RAM + 256GB storage model.

Vivo V30 and Vivo V30 Pro have been launched in the Indonesian markets with 6.78-inch curved 1.5K (2,800 x 1,260 pixels) AMOLED displays with 120Hz refresh rate, 300Hz touch sampling rate, and 2,800 nits peak brightness level. The Pro variant comes with three camera sensors on the back, 50-megapixel each. The vanilla model also comes with three camera sensors on the back, two of them being 50-megapixel each and the remaining one is 2-megapixel. Vivo V30 is powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 SoC paired with an Adreno 720 GPU, whereas the Pro variant is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 8200 chipset and paired with a Mali G610 GPU.

Vivo V30, Vivo V30 Pro Price In India, Availability

Vivo V30 has been launched with two storage options. The 8GB RAM + 256GB storage model is priced in Indonesia at IDR 5,999,000 (roughly Rs 31,700), the 12GB RAM + 512GB storage model is priced in Indonesia at IDR 6,999,000 (roughly Rs 37,000).

Meanwhile, the Vivo V30 Pro comes in one storage option i.e., 12GB RAM + 512GB storage and it is priced at IDR 8,999,000 (roughly Rs 47,600).

The smartphones will be available in three colour options - Equatorial Green, Puspa White, and Volcanic Black. They come with IP54 ratings for dust and splash resistance and carry in-display fingerprint scanners for security.

These devices will be launched in India on March 7 and soon they will be made available for purchase on e-commerce websites and retail stores.

Vivo V30, Vivo V30 Pro Specifications, Features

Both the Vivo V30 and Vivo V30 Pro feature 6.78-inch curved AMOLED displays, boasting a 1.5K resolution of 2,800 x 1,260 pixels. With a rapid 120Hz refresh rate, a responsive 300Hz touch sampling rate, and an impressive peak brightness level of 2,800 nits, these displays promise an immersive visual experience. They come with IP54 ratings for dust and splash resistance and carry in-display fingerprint scanners for security.

The base model is powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 SoC, coupled with an Adreno 720 GPU. In contrast, the Pro variant incorporates a MediaTek Dimensity 8200 chipset paired with a Mali G610 GPU. The Vivo V30 offers up to 12GB of LPDDR4x RAM, it is expandable virtually by an additional 12GB, and up to 512GB of onboard UFS 2.2 storage. On the other hand, the Vivo V30 Pro model features 12GB of LPDDR5x RAM, virtually expandable by an extra 12GB, and 512GB of inbuilt UFS 3.1 storage. Both smartphones are equipped with FunTouchOS 14, based on Android 14.

Both the devices feature a total four camera setup with three being on the back and one being on the front. If we talk about Vivo V30, then the main sensor is a 50-megapixel (f/1.9) with Phase Detection Auto Focus technology (PDAF), and Optical Image Stabilisation (OIS). The rear camera features Zeiss optics, Zeiss T* lens coating, Panorama and a Ring-LED flash. The selfie camera sensor is 50-megapixel (f/2.0), and 21mm (wide). It is also accompanied by a Dual-LED flash. Both cameras support video recording of up to 4k quality at 30fps. 

Coming to the battery segment, both models come packed with a Li-Ion battery of 5,000 mAh that supports fast charging up to 80W. Both support reverse charging. For the vanilla model, Vivo claims that it can go from 0 per cent to 100 per cent in just 48 minutes.

For the Wi-Fi part, both models support Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/6, dual-band, and Wi-Fi Direct. For USB, both support Type-C 2.0, and OTG.
