Reports indicate that Samsung is likely to introduce the Galaxy S25 series on January 23, 2025, during its Galaxy Unpacked event in San Francisco, with availability expected by February 6. The pricing of the Galaxy S25 Ultra remains a point of speculation, especially considering the Galaxy S24 Ultra debuted at $1,299.

The Galaxy S25 Ultra is rumored to bring subtle design refinements while maintaining the premium titanium frame introduced with its predecessor, the S24 Ultra.
