Samsung Galaxy S25 Leaks: Promo Images Surface Online, Offer A Glimpse Into Possible Design

Samsung Galaxy S25 Leaks: One of the standout features of the Galaxy S25 series is its compatibility with the Qi2 wireless charging standard.

Samsung Galaxy S25 Leaks: The much-anticipated Samsung Galaxy S25 series is gearing up for its official debut, with promotional images of the Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25+, and Galaxy S25 Ultra already making rounds online. These visuals, leaked by WinFuture, not only reveal the sleek design of the phones but also offer a glimpse of Samsung's official cases tailored for the flagship lineup.

What Do The Promo Images Show?

One of the standout features of the Galaxy S25 series is its compatibility with the Qi2 wireless charging standard. This next-gen charging technology incorporates a magnetic alignment system, promising faster and more efficient wireless charging — a feature reminiscent of Apple's MagSafe technology. Samsung will introduce cases designed specifically to enable Qi2 charging on all three models. Third-party accessory manufacturers, including Spigen, are also expected to launch Qi2-compatible cases.

However, it remains uncertain whether Samsung will boost the charging speed beyond its current standard. Speculations suggest the Galaxy S25 series might stick to a 25W wireless charging speed, even though Qi2’s standard currently supports a maximum of 15W.

Samsung Galaxy Unpacked: Date, Time, What To Expect

Samsung has officially confirmed the launch of its Galaxy S25 series during the Galaxy Unpacked event scheduled for January 22, in San Jose, California. The event will also be live-streamed on YouTube and Samsung's official website at 11:30 PM IST. In addition to the new smartphones, Samsung will unveil its latest One UI 7 software update and tease innovations in mobile AI technology, hinting at a new era of seamless and intelligent experiences.

In India, Samsung has opened pre-reservations for the Galaxy S25 series at a cost of Rs 1,999. Customers who reserve early will enjoy benefits worth up to Rs 5,000, along with exclusive access to upgrade options and the ability to purchase special variants on launch day.

While the Galaxy S25 Slim, a rumoured fourth model, is unlikely to be revealed alongside the base, Plus, and Ultra models, leaks and live images of the series are expected to surface as the event draws nearer. With its cutting-edge technology and advanced features, the Galaxy S25 series promises to be a game-changer in the smartphone market.
