A hands-on video, shared by user BenIt Bruhner Pro (@BennettBuhner) on X (formerly Twitter), offers a glimpse into the purported design of the Galaxy S24 Ultra.

Samsung Galaxy Unpacked is set to take place on January 17 and tech enthusiasts are eagerly looking forward to the revelation of the long-discussed Galaxy S24 series. The event is set to showcase three variations, namely the Galaxy S24, Galaxy S24 Plus, and Galaxy S24 Ultra. The online sphere has been abuzz with leaks and speculations, providing insights into the design, features, and specifications of these forthcoming flagship smartphones.

A recently surfaced hands-on video, shared by user BenIt Bruhner Pro (@BennettBuhner) on X (formerly Twitter), offers a glimpse into the purported design of the Galaxy S24 Ultra. The video exhibits a flat display with a centrally located hole-punch cutout for the front camera, framed by notably slim bezels. On the handset's right edge, the power button and volume rockers take their place. This leak corresponds with earlier speculations circulating within the tech community.

Addressing concerns for gaming enthusiasts, there is speculation about the introduction of a revolutionary feature aimed at mitigating overheating issues during intensive gaming sessions. Allegedly, Samsung is incorporating an expanded vapour chamber in the Galaxy S24 series, promising a significant enhancement in cooling capabilities.

According to information from tipster Tarun Vats, rumours suggest that the vapour chamber in the standard Galaxy S24 might be 1.5 times larger than its predecessor, with the S24 Plus potentially boasting a 1.6 times larger chamber. The top-tier Galaxy S24 Ultra is rumoured to take it a step further with an impressive 1.9 times larger vapour chamber compared to the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra.

Speculations surrounding the Galaxy S24 series specifications include the potential incorporation of a 1Hz refresh rate, a feature previously exclusive to the high-end Ultra smartphone, as disclosed by leaked information from WinFuture. Reports also suggest colour options for the standard models, including Black, Marble Gray, Cobalt Violet, and Amber Yellow. In the United States, these smartphones may be equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, while other regions might see them powered by the Exynos 2400 SoC.
