Samsung on Tuesday refreshed its Galaxy F series in India with the launch of the Galaxy F54 5G smartphone in India. The device comes with a 108MP and a hefty 6,000mAh battery. The Samsung Galaxy F54 5G has been priced at Rs 27,999 (introductory price) and will be available on e-commerce site Flipkart and Samsung.com as well as select retail stores.

The Samsung Galaxy F54 5G is the latest F-series offering from the South Korean tech giant and it is essentially a model that falls under the premium mid-range category of handsets. The price of the phone has been set at Rs 29,999. As a part of an introductory offer, the phone will be available at a price of Rs 27,999 with select bank cards.
At this price point, the Galaxy F54 goes against the likes of the Poco F5, the iQoo Neo 7, among others. The Galaxy F54 has been launched in two colours: Meteor Blue and Stardust Silver, which reminds us of the iconic Galaxy Note 10+ released back in 2019.

The premium mid-ranger features a punch-hole cutout for the selfie snapper, and at the back are there triple cameras and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner for security. The Galaxy F54 comes with an 108MP camera sensor with OIS, coupled with an 8MP ultra-wide sensor, a 2 MP macro lens, and a 32 MP selfie camera. The device comes with a dedicated Night Mode as well as Auto Night Mode. The camera also incorporates the Astrolapse feature which we have seen in the flagship Galaxy S23 series.

The device also has 8GB of RAM and 128GB or 256GB of internal storage that is further expandable via a microSD card. The phone run on Android 13 OS with the company's own Samsung One UI 5.1 on top. Samsung, at the time of launch, committed four years of OS upgrades and five years of security updates.
